この製品は、クラシックなリゾートシャツ(オープンカラーシャツ)のボディパターンをベースに、ステュディオ・ダ・ルチザンによってタウンユース用にアレンジされた半袖シャツです。インディゴ染料で絞り染めを施し、葛飾北斎の神奈川県沖浪裏を抜染プリントで表現した富士山絞りシャツで、独特のムラ感ある素材感を持つ和のテイストが漂うインディゴシャツに改良されています。また、現代的なシルエット・縫製を取り入れ、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなデザインにカスタマイズされています。

サイズは日本規格サイズです。シルエットは身幅に適度なゆとりを持たせて、着丈が短めにされたクラシックなボックスシルエット(ボクシーフィットスタイル)です。リラックスした着心地で、通気性も良く、暑い夏にも快適にご着用いただけます。

スタイルはオープンカラー(開襟タイプ)のフルオープンシャツで、トップボタンはループで留めることができる仕様です。スソは水平にカットされたスクウェアボトム(スクエアカット)です。

素材はレーヨン55%/コットン45%の、薄すぎず、厚すぎない、ミディアムウェイトインディゴ生地です。インディゴ製品染めにより、新品でありながら、くすんだ色落ち感・フェード感・程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感などの、生地の風合いと色合いに独特な表情が演出されています。また、レーヨン混コットンのため、ナチュラルでドライな感触としっとりとしたしなやかな感触を併せ持ったカジュアルな生地です。インディゴ染料で絞り染めを施し、富嶽三十六景「神奈川沖浪裏」のシルエットを抜染で表現した絞り染め(タイダイ)＆抜染プリント生地です。職人の細やかな技術が組み合わさり、絞り染めと抜染プリントで荒々しい波が表現されています。インディゴ染料ならではの経年変化も楽しめます。

この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、シャツには、程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるシャツに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。着込むほどに、さらに生地が馴染み風合いを増していきます。

フロントはトップのループボタンを含めて6つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です。ボタンには2つ穴シェルボタンが使用されています。ボタンホールは水平方向に穴が開けられています。

左胸にはパッチポケットが設けられています。

負荷のかかるショルダー部分にはもう1枚生地をあてたバックヨーク仕様です。背中ヨーク下肩部分には運動性を高める為のプリーツが配されています。

主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのヴィンテージシャツの仕様を再現した王道的なつくりです。

This short sleeve button up shirt is made in japan and produced by studio d'artisan (studio dartisan). The pattern construction of this short sleeve shirt is modeled after the American vintage camp collar resort shirts (Hawaiian shirts or Aloha shirts), but this casual notched collar shirt is outfitted with the original details of Studio D'artisan's brand in a contemporary approach with a modernize fit. With the inspiration from classic loop collar shirts, this short sleeve shirt has been re-designed with indigo shibori tie dye and discharge printing patterns for a more casual look and fashion purpose. This shirt is decorated with a indigo shibori tie dye and discharge printing inspired by Japanese art. The graphic on this shirt pays homage to Katsushika Hokusai The Great Wave off Kanagawa.

Fit : This product is Japan size (Asian size), which tends to run a little smaller than US and EU standard size. Because this product is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. Fabric : Fabric : Made of 55% rayon and 45% cotton blended plain weave medium weight fabric. The fabric of this shirt is made from indigo tie-dyed fabric, each of these shirts was individually tie-dyed by hand in Japan and no two shirts are the same. In addition, this shirt is decorated with a discharge printing inspired by Japanese art. The graphic on this shirt pays homage to Katsushika Hokusai The Great Wave off Kanagawa. This shirt features a indigo garment-dye, giving it a faded, dull hue for a vintage look. Garment dye is a dyeing process performed on finished garments. Garment-dye means the shirt is made, then dyed. Garment-dyed shirt results in a richer color and broken-in feel. Also the fabric is made of a rayon/cotton blend, so this shirt deliver the perfect combination of dry feel and natural softness for comfort. And the shirt is washed once. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. Tie-dyed with indigo so each one's totally unique, and its color will fade-in over time just like jeans.
